This Privacy Policy describes how Training State, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information in connection with your use of our mobile application, Kalibrate™ (the "App").

- **Anonymized Session & Performance Data:** The App collects anonymized session data to power its adaptive algorithms and for research purposes. This includes reaction times, accuracy, and self-reported ecological momentary assessments (EMAs) of stress, calm, and energy levels.
- **Anonymized User ID:** To track performance over time without compromising your identity, the App assigns a randomly generated, anonymous user ID. This ID is not linked to any personal information.
- **No Personally Identifiable Information (PII):** We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information such as your name, email address, precise location, or device identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information
The anonymized data we collect is used for the following purposes:
- **In-App Experience:** To provide you with visualizations of your performance and progress over time, and to power the adaptive difficulty algorithms that tailor the cognitive training to your needs.
- **Cloud Storage for Research:** Anonymized data is transmitted to a secure cloud backend for aggregation and analysis. This research helps us understand cognitive performance trends and improve the effectiveness of the App. All data is handled in accordance with strict privacy and security standards.
- **Local Storage:** A copy of your session data is stored locally on your device to ensure functionality when offline and to maintain your performance history.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, or rent your individual anonymized data to any third parties. We may share aggregated, anonymized data with research partners or in academic publications, but this data cannot be used to identify any individual user.

4. Data Retention and Security
- **Local Data:** Local data is stored on your device until you delete the App.
- **Cloud Data:** Anonymized data stored on our cloud servers is retained for research and analysis purposes.
- **Security:** We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data we collect. However, no security system is impenetrable.

The App is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.
